What's the typical turnaround time?
Most requests are completed within 2-4 business days. Property listing flyers and complex custom pieces may take a little longer depending on photo availability and complexity. If you have a hard deadline, mention it in the notes field.
What file formats will I receive?
Flyers come as print-ready PDFs and web-ready PNGs. Social graphics arrive as JPGs sized for Instagram and Facebook. Email templates are delivered as both HTML and plain text. Let us know in the notes if you need a different format.
What do I need for a property listing flyer?
Just your listing URL (Zillow, Redfin, or MLS). We'll pull the photos, address, beds/baths, square footage, year built, and pricing directly from the listing. If you have a preferred hero photo, mention it in the notes.
Can I request a custom design not in the library?
Yes — select "Other" under Asset Type and describe what you need in the notes. Custom designs typically take 3–5 business days and may go through compliance review before delivery.
How do I update my headshot or contact info?
Upload your headshot or updated logo directly in the request form each time, or email [email protected] to update your profile so it's auto-filled on every request.
